Field Trips
Grade 2 students will visit Club Penguin on Monday, May 31, 2010. Please ensure students are in Number One uniform.

Cookery Club
Please note there is no cookery club next week, June 1, 2010 due to the Horizon Week field trip. The makeup class is the following week, June 8, 2010. Thank you.

Exams for Grades 5-9
Monday, June 14, 2010 @ 1:00pm to 2:30pm, English Part A (Essay)
Tuesday, June 15, 2010 @ 9:00am to 10:30am, Mathematics. 1:00pm to 2:30pm, Social Studies.
Wednesday, June 16, 2010 @ 9:00am to 10:30am Science, 1:00pm – 2:30pm English B (Short Answer)
Thursday, June 17, 2010 @ 9:00am to 10:30pm, French.
At this point students have been given review materials for their core academic classes. Teachers have commenced with review and study skills instruction.

Solo Bar Sampling
There will be a Solo Bar sampling on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 after school in the front hall.

Anne of Green Gables
A group of Grade Three and Four students will be performing “Anne of Green Gables” in our assembly at 8:30am on Wednesday, June 2nd. The students who are in the play are aware of their performance date and will need to bring their costumes to school that day. Please see Mrs. Egan or Miss Dunn if you have any questions. Parents are very welcome to come and watch!

Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair will run once again at Aberdeen Hall in the multipurpose room on Monday, June 7, 2010, Tuesday, June 8th, and Wednesday, June 9. The fair will be open before and after school and during both lunch periods. If you would like to volunteer at the fair please contact Tracey Sartori @ sartori@telus.net. Horizons Week Trips
Please be reminded the Grade 6, 7, 8, 9 students must be at school on Monday, May 31, 2010 @ 5:45am to catch the bus for their Horizon Week school trip. The students will be returning to the school on Thursday, June 3, 2010 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
Grade 5 students are asked to be at school on Monday, May 31, 2010 at regular start time in preparation for their trip. The Grade 5 students will return from their trip on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 3:00pm.
Friday is a regular school day with regular scheduled classes for all students.

Boogie for Babies
On Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 9:00 am to 11:15am Aberdeen Hall is hosting a fitness class to raise funds for the neonatal unit at KGH. Aberdeen Hall Parent Guild
Parent Guild Meeting – The next Parent Guild Meeting is Tuesday, June 8, 2010 @ 6:30pm at the school.
Uniforms – The uniform shop is open every Tuesday afternoon from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
