Testimonials
This is some of the amazing feedback we have received from parents!
In Grade One, Mrs. Pighin engages her class, instilling a love of learning. The children develop a thirst for learning by way of singing, dancing, drawing, creating, exploring and questioning the world around them. We are in constant amazement as to what is being taught and in such a positive non stressful manner. When the love of learning starts in Grade One, it never leaves the student, only to facilitate their love of learning in future studies. -Sheri-rae McTavish-Bernard and Claude Bernard
“In 2008, we opted to move our daughter Kennedy into Aberdeen Hall and she started in Mrs. Scherz’s Grade Two class. Through the school year we noticed a profound, positive change in Kennedy’s attitude and enthusiasm for school and her growth through the year was what every parent hopes for. Without a doubt, it is the teaching skill and passion of Mrs. Scherz that made the most difference and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had her teach our daughter. The best part is that she will soon be teaching our second daughter who is now also a student at Aberdeen Hall.” –Cindy and Tyler Bollhorn
It’s great to see the enthusiasm that Mrs. Egan brings to the classroom. The teacher’s ability to focus on each child’s individual needs is a key to my child’s success. Not only is my child challenged academically each day, but also has learned key interpersonal skills required to be a leader of tomorrow. -Joslynn Bazinet (Grade Three parent)
“The Grade 4 programme is structured to equip children to be individual thinkers, hands-on learners, and to formulate opinions and conclusions regarding their own work. The programme is challenging, hence keeping the children engaged at all times. The transition into Middle School will not be a daunting experience for them, as they will be adequately prepared to take on yet another stimulating academic year. As parents, it is also comforting to see that a warm, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere for children is still maintained in spite of the obvious focus on academic excellence. “Grade 4 rocks”, as my daughter often says.” -Prenesh and Charmaine Govender
