Development Office
The Development Office at Aberdeen Hall exists to:
- Provide the resources necessary for the continued enhancement of academic programmes and facilities.
- Ensure the continued growth of the school.
- Promote the school as a center for high educational standards and progressive learning.
As is the case with most independent schools, Aberdeen Hall relies on gifts and donations to ensure our continued growth and development. Tuition is designed to cover the school’s normal operating costs including; teacher salaries, rent, building maintenance, general equipment, and an extensive list of smaller items needed to run a school. Fundraising assists us with the enhancement of our programmes and the creation of truly inspirational facilities. The difference between “very good” and “excellent” is often determined by the additional resources and facilities made available by your donations. As an independent, non denominational, not-for-profit institution, Aberdeen Hall is able to issue tax receipts under the registered charity number: 85908 7348 RT0001. Aberdeen Hall’s Development programme includes: * The Annual Crest Fund * The Bursary and Scholarship Trust * The Annual Gala * Aberdeen Hall Endowment If you would like to learn more about the programmes or have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact the Development Director, Susanne Raye. Giving Opportunities
The Annual Crest Fund
The Annual Crest Fund focuses on the school’s more immediate needs. Each year the Head of School meets with members of the faculty and Board of Directors to assess the areas that require enhancement in order to maintain our excellent level of programming. For this year’s Crest Fund, there is a choice of four areas to donate. * Science Technology Lab * Playground and Fitness Park * Arts Development * Head of School Priority Fund In providing different areas of investment we hope donors can express their passions and philanthropic interests by selecting a particular area to support. The Crest Fund will commence in the fall and end in the spring of each academic year. Our focus is on 100% participation and we hope that all of our families, staff, and friends will contribute at a level that is right for them. Link: Annual Crest Fund Brochure

Who decides how the money is spent?
Many of our programs are designed to meet specific needs, so the donors are essentially making these decisions.
